  1. Perfect. I have a question for you coach Lee. i and my brother are working on this. But one of us is feeding the shuttles for the other. How long do you think a section of practice on this should be?

  2. It is very much depending on both of your level of ability. if you can drop and have basic movement then the purpose should be drill. In that case you should be doing about 20 times of drop and net ( I count drop and net is 1) Then you can increase it to 30. Lee
