  1. Sir you always teach to be still while hitting but i am struggling to do so and for this particular short my racket keep moving so how can i change this pls help me

  2. Try to practice the swing in front of mirror so you can see what you are doing. If you are doing right or wrong. If you do not have the mirror then use window in the evening. Lee

  3. Yes if you can and if it is possible then use feather shuttlecock as it is very different to the porastic otherwise you can still practice with prastic. Lee
