[Alexis] How are you? [Callie] I’m good. [Alexis] We’re friends! [Callie] Yeah! [both] Welcome to Stump Kitchen! [Alexis] I’m Alexis. [Callie] I’m Callie. [Alexis] We’re gonna make Brussels sprouts
for you today! [Callie] Yeah! [Alexis growls]
[Callie growls] [Alexis] Double stump magic. Double. One-handed juggling – take one. [Callie laughing]
[Alexis] Whoa! Brussels sprouts everywhere! Take two. [Callie laughing]
[Alexis] Whoa! Take four. Oh, oh, oh! High five! High one! So first we’re gonna rinse them. [Alexis singing] Rinsey, rinsey, rinse. Yeah do the bounce technique! I love bouncy bouncy! Yeah that works too. Ah!! [Callie laughs] [Alexis] They’re like little tiny brains. [Callie] They’re little tiny cabbages. [Alexis] You can peel off some of the outer
layers that are a bit brown. You’re nailin’ it! [Alexis belches] Pardon me! [Callie laughs] [Alexis] Sharp knife comin’ out! Whoa! How’d you lose your arm, Callie? [Callie] A shark bit it off. [Alexis] Me too! Just kidding, it was a kitchen accident. [Callie laughs] [Callie] We were born like this. [Alexis] We were born like this. We can’t fool you for too long. This is how we were made! [Callie] Yeah. [Alexis] We are set up for real chef time
now! Boom! [Callie] Boom! [Alexis] I’m gonna cut off the hard bits on
the end and then I’m just gonna cut them in half. Hold it down with your stump or your little
arm – Blah! [Callie] Wait can I do it? Chop. [Alexis] Yeah you want to? I’ll supervise. Here you are my dear. Yep. Yeah!! Isn’t that the best knife ever? [Callie] Yes! [Alexis] Not without supervision. [Callie] No. [Alexis] Otherwise you might… you know… [Alexis sings] La, la, la, la
[Callie] Hey don’t cut off my arm! [Alexis] Nope okay I won’t cut off your arm, don’t you worry! [Callie laughs] [Alexis] Look how cool they look inside! [Callie] I know! [Alexis] They kind of roll around a little

helper. [Callie] Okay, this is another Brussels sprout. [Alexis] This? [Callie laughing] Yeah! No! Don’t cut it off again. [Alexis] I would never! Do you know what I didn’t do? [Callie] What? [Alexis] I didn’t preheat the oven! Let’s do it now! What temperature would be good for Brussels
sprouts? Take a guess. [Callie] Two.
[both laugh] [Alexis] Let’s try 400. [Callie] 4 – 0 – 0. [Alexis] Don’t forget to preheat your oven! [Callie] Yeah! [Alexis sing-song] I have a little hat. [Callie] I have a bathing suit. [Alexis] Sweet bathing suit, where’d you get
it? That must really help– oops! I lost my hat! You are a magical, magical creature. [Oven beeps] [both laughing] [Alexis] I don’t know why that always surprises
me. [both laughing] [Alexis] We’re just gonna be down here playing
cause it’s cool. We need to go to Vegas and have our own show. We would throw cups, we would balance things
on our head. I think people would come. Wouldn’t you pay money to see this? [robot music playing]
[Callie robotic] Let’s do the robot dance. [Alexis robotic] Okay, let’s do the robot
dance. [Callie robotic] Let’s dab. [Alexis] Ah!! [Alien music]
[Callie alien-like] Aliens. [Alexis alien-like] Aliens. [Callie alien-like] Come to invade your head. [Alexis alien-like] We eat arms. Arms. [Callie alien-like] Arms. [Alexis alien-like] Would you like to come
for dinner? [Alien speaking alien language] [Alexis singing] Clean up the table! [Alexis] Cleaning while you go is so important. Now, we’re gonna season them! Here you are we’re gonna put on some olive
oil. So just put on as much as you feel like on
there. [Callie] Ah! [Alexis] Little bit of salt. Just follow your heart, just like, yeah bang
it in. K, now we have some black pepper. [Callie straining] [Alexis] You’re such a natural. Yeah, yeah, yeah! And last but not least a little bit of garlic
powder. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah! Now we’re gonna mix it up! [Callie gasps] [Alexis] Yeah we’re gonna go right in there
and we’re gonna mix it up. Ready? [Callie] Yes! [Alexis sings] So oily and salty! [both laughing] [Alexis] When you’re cooking you always have
to drop something at least once, otherwise you’re not really cooking. Let’s uh – [Callie] Wash! [Alexis] Let’s wash good idea! [Callie] Wait we don’t have a dishtowel. [Alexis] Well we can do little shaky shakes. [Callie] Okay! [Alexis] And pour that onto here! Yeah! [Both laughing] [Alexis] Okay! [Callie] Okay there we go! [Alexis] And then we spread them out so they’re
like – [Callie] Like this? [Alexis] Yeah you got it! Spread, spread, spread, spread, spread. [Callie] That goes like that. [Alexis] I have never cooked with such precision
before. [Alexis] Argh! [Callie laughs] [both laughing] [Alexis] K, ready to put them in the oven? [Callie] Yes. [Alexis] I’m gonna say 30 minutes and then
they’re gonna get nice and crispy. [Callie] Set start. [Alexis] So now we get to wait. [Callie] Let’s have a dance party. [Dance music plays] [Both laughing] [Alexis] Yeah we did it! Boom! [record scratch]
[music stops] [Alexis] The Brussels sprouts are done. [Callie] Yeah. [Alexis] Yeah. It only took ten minutes. It’s good to check on your food! Oven mitt! You only need one! Oh my gosh! [Callie] Oh my gosh. It smells like smoke in here. [Alexis] Yeah cause I think we burnt a couple. [bell dings] [Alexis] So good. How do you feel about them? Oh my gosh! She loves them folks! I could eat these every meal of the day. [Callie] Uh huh! [Alexis] Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack,
and in the bathtub, road trips, midnight snack. [Callie] Every hour. [Alexis] Callie, I loved cooking with you
