Hi everyone you know I had done a smash video in the past for beginners. This I will make another video about smash but it will be a bit advanced. I will show you the way I hit a smash. and I think this way will improve your smash. Okay so I will work on my arm and shoulder first. Arm and upper body are important if we have a good arm and strong upper body then your smash will improve a lot. Whenever I have time I always use my heavy racket for training . I will just do some shadow first look just like this. But I want my shoulder open up real quick. open quick then hit. Just stand and do shadows. This is simple but it will help you a lot. as quick as you can. hit harder and harder. Like that. 1) you have to open real quick. remember your body have to follow through . Do not hold back your body like this. Make sure your body follow through . The more you relax and Follow, you will hit way harder. Do this everyday guys Do it 20 times for 6 sets per day. This is first thing I want you guys to do. Now I will ask my friend to feed me some birds. And I will just swings hard. no need go far back. this I want you guys stay at the front. remember always moving. That is how I work on my arm power. that will make you swings and open faster. then you will have stronger smash. use heavy racket. Your body and and your explosive jump are very important . Why some day you feel your smash is so powerful and also some day you feel weak. In a good day your body feel healthy and energy is full.then you will feel way better when you smash. Then your explosive is stronger. then your smash way harder. In the bad day you will feel tired no energy flow around and your explosive is weak and soft. Then your smash really not as strong. In this I want you train everyday so you will used to it. I will show you this is when you dont use explosive in your smash it will look like this. Okay… so that is smash As you see that I didn’t use my explosive. I didn’t bring my body up. Just normal… that’s no good. In the bad day I feel lazy didn’t want to do much. In the good day I feel strong. and energy everywhere . I’m way more explosive. Put explosives in your jump. This 2 way is very different. I want you to use explosive and reach your body up a little bit. The more you reach is better. If you want your explosive consistently you have to train a lot for it. Weights, footwork, skipping. That will improve your explosive. Normal. That just normal smash I didn’t jump explosives . I just use my arm there. That is okay to do but it not gonna help your smash better. I want to jump explosives and use my whole body to support Explosive As you see I jump there. They lift it up. when I jump I will make sure the bird is in front of me. Remember jump and hit a bird when you still in the air. don’t drop down then hit it I think you should understand your body, your power, your ability, how strong you are, how high can u jump. Don’t try to jump so high if you can’t yet. you will need time to practice trust me. Then whenever you jump you will get to the bird. So I think you should really understand your body. and what you able to do at the moment . Last thing I want you to do is.. whenever you free after practice you can do this. Ask your friends tp feed you to your sides then you can jump smash. This is like doubles drill. I’m single player but This helped me a lot. and my explosive way better by doing this drill. This is tiring guys. because you will jump for the whole time. Get used to this. then when you play you can jump jump jump but you will able to recover way faster. Imagine that around your body there is your energy flow around. The more you active and make that energy flow. Then that will help your smash and your game too. Hopefully this video is helpful for you guys. I think this more like for advanced player. But if you wonder basic smash. i have a beginner smash video.
