WITH THE STATE FINALS AT
MESSALONSKEE HIGH SCHOOL IN OAKLAND. IN CLASS ‘A, DEFENDING
STATE CHAMP BIDDEFORD FACE
OFF WITH SKOWHEGAN. AFTER A SCORELESS FIRST
HALF, SKOWHEGAN TAKES THE
LEAD JUST 33 SECONDS INTO
THE SECOND HALF WHEN EMILY
REICHENBACH SETS UP KAYLA
FURBUSH FOR THE GOAL. LATER IN THE HALF,
REICHENBACH KNOCKS THE
BALL DOWN OUT OF THE AIR TO
EXTEND THE SKOWHEGAN LEAD
TO 2-0. ALEXIS MICHONSKI CLOSED
OUT THE 3-0 SKOWHEGAN WIN
WITH A LATE GOAL. SKOWHEGAN HAS WON 16 OF
THE LAST 19 YEARS. YORK AND WINSLOW PLAYED
IN THE CLASS B FINAL. SAGE WORKS WITH THE GOAL
FOR YORK BUT THE WILDCATS
WERE DOWN 2-1. WINSLOW WAS LED BY THE
CLUKEY (CLEW-KEE)
SISTERS. SAGE AND SILVER BOTH
SCORED TWO GOALS AND
WINSLOW DOMINATED THE
SECOND HALF TO WIN 7-2.

ACADEMY FACED DEFENDING
STATE CHAMP WINTHROP. AMANDA POULIN GIVES
FOXCROFT THE LEAD EARLY IN
THE FIRST HALF. SHE DID ALL THE SCORING IN
THE GAME AND FOXCROFT WI
