Ready to shake things up? Let’s get Crickin! To our Crickstart smoothie shaker cup, we’ll add… 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk. 1/2 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt. I really just can’t get enough of it. And 1/3 cup of Crickstart Smoothie Mix. What’s in a serving of Crickstart smoothie anyway? Oh just 40 organic, Canadian farmed crickets! Plus freeze dried bananas, raspberries and mangoes. So there’s no need to add any additional fruit. And now, just shake, pop and pour! mmm…that is hoping delicious! And guess what? 1. With the nice set up you have , kinda disappointing the audio of the talent is so bad. You can get a sony icd-px333 for about $60 on ebay. Or a Zoom H1. I use those both, and they work very well.
