  5. pengen liat video prakteknya aja sih. kadang tanpa sadar memakai teknik dua2 nya deh perasaan. tergantung mendapatkan posisi bolanya dimana kan. hmm bingung wkwk

  6. cara arahinnya gmn ya? saya coba emang kenceng, tapi posisi smash selalu kearah kanan atau tengah.
    giliran di arahin ke kiri malah sering kena frame bolanya/out

  7. Maaf ni saya mau tanya.. jump smash saya skitar 80cm sampe 1m.krna saya pmain volly jg..trus power smash nya bisa dibilang laju kok itu udh samar kliatanya..yg saya tanyakan.apakah saya harus ganti raket yg kaku atau tetep pake yg fleksibel aja??makasih

  9. Om.. Scr teori dan praktek biasa saya bisa.. Tapi setelah saya main. Otak saya blank, ingatan teori yg telah saya fahami ini gagal saya praktekan.. Akibat nya saya smash masih dengan gaya smash pemula amatiran, bukan dengan teori ini.. Bisa dibantu om

  11. Sekedar saran….harus Ada Video yang SLOW MOTION ketika memukul bola di lapangan ….dari Pandangan berbagai sudut, depan belakang samping dan depan sehingga kita bisa memahami melihat langsung pukulan smash yang terjadi, yg Benar dilakukan seperti teori yang abamg sanpaikan….salam olah raga

  12. Tahap 1 jangan jump smash kalau belum dikuasai coba smash di tempat dengan keras dulu sebagai pemanasan
    Tahap 2 jangan cuma mengayunkan lengan bagian depan tapi ayunkan seluruh lengan termasuk bahu
    Tahap 3 usahakan menyerang kok di angle dan titik raket yang ideal yaitu di tengah dan di atas dan agak depan kepala

    Tahap 4 jangan lemas gripnya

  14. Kalo menurut saya jika smash posisi seperti palu raket tertahan telapak tangan jadi kurang keras, jika smash seperti yg tips jitu jelaskan raket lebih bebas jadi kekuatan yg di berikan lebih lepas

  16. Sedikit perpendapat bang..pnjelasan abng sudah pas cuma ada sdikit bependapat jatuh raket saat memukul ke bawah seblh kiri..kalo jatuh raket sprti praktek abang jatuh raket tatap d kanan. Itu akan buat pergelangan kita jadi terputar lebih, sehingga bisa memmbuat pergelangan tangan kita cidera..harusnya jatuh raket turun kbawah bagian kiri..buat kawan kawan bisa coba di lapangan..jatuh raket d bgian kanan sma bgian bawah kiri . Lebih nyaman yang mana. Dan da lebih aman mana menghindari cidera pergelangan tangan…terima kasih
