South Suburban Bulldog Baseball vs Robert Morris

Hey it’s Noah, your host of ‘Home Game
Heroes’. The Men’s baseball team has improved as of late getting their fifth
victory in a row with an 18-8 triumph over Robert Morris. Even after
giving up seven runs in the first two innings to the Eagles, South Suburban put
a crooked number on the board with a five-run fourth inning. With two outs and
the bases loaded an error by the Robert Morris third baseman opened up the
floodgates for the Bulldogs, including a 2 RBI double by Kevin Bushnell, who had a
four hit day. An inning later, SSC plated five more runs, led by a two-run home
run from Andrew Olszewski. Andrew blasted another ball over the fence in
the bottom of the sixth driving in two more. Coach Ruzich made sure his pitchers got their work in as a different Bulldog arm came in to start every inning.
Marcus Seguin picked up the win with a clean 5th inning. Going 4 for 4
with two home runs, four runs and four RBI, right fielder Andrew Olszewski is
our ‘Home Game Hero’. The Bulldogs take to the road all weekend but we’ll be back
at home on Wednesday, April 24th, at 3:00 PM. versus College of DuPage. For ‘Home
Game Heroes’, I am Noah Nowicki and we will see you next time!!
